  I went to this store to possibly upgrade my phone. I spoke to someone who said if I upgraded my phone to a Note 8 that day, my bill would be lowered by a dollar. The dollar didn't matter to me, I just wanted a new phone with the same payment. Fast forward to today, and my bill went up $30. Be careful with who you deal with in this store. I thought they could be trusted due to the online reviews, but I guess I got tricked. I won't be going back to this store ever again.

  Jermaine in this store is simply AMAZING - came in today in tears with a wet phone, this man went above and beyond. Simply the BEST ever customer service experience in my 16 years as a customer. Please don’t even think of going to another store if you need a new phone or even help just go see Jermaine. You will be happy you did. I can’t complement this guy enough. Oh and he dresses so nice too. Thank you Jermaine.
