Worker looked like they really did not want to help me, a customer giving them business. Like I was a hassle. They hurriedly made my key and when I checked it in the lock it was not cut properly. I saw the difference in the key and fixed it myself. Only bad experience in more than a dozen visits. Otherwise reliable hardware store.
