  If I could give this store a 0 stars I would. I went in to pick up and order that I had made 2 weeks ago after receiving a confirmation email yesterday that my package was ready to be picked up. I go to the store and I let the gentleman at the register know that I was there to pick up an order and he waved over another associate that would be able to help fine not a problem. She askes me for my name I give it to her she proceeds to go in the back to find my order appears 5 mins later with nothing saying my order is not in the back. My thoughts are how is my order not in the back when I have a confirmation email. She begins to tell me that the only packages that they received today was merchandise for the floor. The gentleman that was at the register proceeds to tell her well more packages came she says to him yeah there are about 8 boxes back there that need to be opened so now we have to open all of them she seems very uninterested in doing that. She proceeds to walk back to the stock room which in my mind I am thinking she is going to open the boxes emerges 5 mins later saying no my package is not there, there is no way that she searched 8 boxes in that little time. This is so frustrating and ridiculous, she than tells me to come back tomorrow because ups deliveries come after 5pm. I call forever 21 customer service number and they confirm that my package is at the store. This store is employeed by people who are unfriendly and seem as if they do not want to help or work they need to seriously clean shop and hire people that are willing to help. I have worked retail and if it is not for you than just don’t do it smh. This store SUCKSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
