  with the task of a newly purchased home to furnish, I looked no further than Bobs for knocking out some of furniture needs. After walking in, you are initially in awe with this unreasonably large koi fish pond with a waterfall flowing in from the top, but aside from that there is a great selection of all types of furniture, from wood to metal, chairs to consoles. Note to self, you will be promptly asked if you need help at the door, be prepared. Rejoined with my buddy, who was walking the showroom with a gentleman named Hank, this is the type of customer service you look for when dealing with these types of purchases. Personable, accommodating, and looking out for the customer were hanks key concerns it felt. Ended up finalizing some items, one of which was a console that they were able to help us out with because it was the last and the floor model, assistance like that is what brings customers back. Hank thank you for your help, it was a pleasure shopping at Bobs, and Gary, i believe the floor manager, you are the man too.

  I am posting the same review here Bc, we have been working with both stores. UPDATE, 2/13/18 Bobs decided to refund us but some how forgot to. They took all our info and reassured us our money would be returned on pick-up. Now we are out all our money and no mattress. So the situation has actually become worse.....the rest of my original review is below. Don’t waste your time with this company as there are better and most importantly, HONEST people to work with. Maybe I could give another star if the Bobs does what’s right. Terrible, the company and website always talk about how the customer satisfaction is a priority. That could not be be further from the truth. We had a good mattress from there, and decided to upgrade to a King. We have a comfort re-selection than bWe had a malfunction. Our mattress dipped over 4 inches - we want a return, but were told we have to select another mattress before we could return. This is after hours on the phone with their 1-800 number. Managers from physical locations, different stores, and the 1-800 number no one knows the policy and now we are screwed. Now we are on the phone again and they are saying the supervisors notes are false from our previous call saying we would get a return. This place is absurd. I’ll never buy a single item from this place again. In fact I would warn everyone from purchasing something from here. If your going to purchase from a discount store, anywhere but here!!!!!! YOU ARE WARNED! And we are still on the phone....nothing is resolved
